Japanese celebrity chef Kenjiro ‘Hatch’ Hashida, the son of Master Sushi Chef Tokio Hashida and graduate of Japan’s top culinary school, presides over Hashida Sushi, arguably Singapore’s finest Japanese restaurant.

There are three lunch menus priced at S$80, S$120 and S$250 as well as two dinner menus from S$300 to S$500 which simply say ‘starter course, Chef’s special sushi selections, broth and Japanese seasonal fruits’ all made from the finest seafood and seasonal ingredients.
