Singapore Stopover Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions

1. One entry per person.

2. Entry is by submitting a post related to your visit to the KERB Hawker Chan market stall via social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram), using the three hashtags #SingaporeAir, #KERBSingapore and #HawkerChanSG

3. Your post settings must allow Singapore Airlines to view your post for your entry to be counted

5. By submitting a post as outlined above, it constitutes having both read and accepted these Terms & Conditions

6. Closing date for entries is Friday 16th March 2018 23:59 GMT

7. The prize includes return flights in economy for two adults from London or Manchester to Singapore with Singapore Airlines (including taxes), plus a 3-night Singapore Stopover Holiday (SSH). SSH includes accommodation (inc breakfast) for three nights in a double or twin room at a hotel decided by Singapore Airlines, plus all elements included within a basic SSH package. In addition, a Singapore Explorer Pass will be added to the prize for each person (minimum 24 hour duration). Details of the SSH can be found here  

8. The winner will be required to document their trip when taking their prize in the form of video as well as photos to be submitted to Singapore Airlines within 7 days of their return. This will be edited and used by Singapore Airlines as part of further social media activity. No payment shall be made for use of the footage collected and shared by the winner, nor shall the winner necessarily be involved in the editing process

9. The prize is offered subject to availability and blackout periods may apply, including but not limited to Christmas and New Year

10. Travel must be ticketed by 31st August 2018 and completed by the 31st March 2019

11. Winner must provide a minimum of three months’ notice of preferred travel dates for prize

12. The prize is restricted to over 18s only and those who are resident in the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands)

13. The prize does not include any UK transport or accommodation. The winner will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the UK airport

14. Hotel accommodation is provided in Singapore for 3 nights. Transfers are provided in air-conditioned coach or mini bus on seat-in-coach (shared) basis

15. Travel insurance is not provided but is mandatory for travel

16. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, travel documents, visa and travel insurance prior to travel

18. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final. No part of the prize can be booked separately

19. Flights are subject to availability and flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice

20. Once ticketed, flights cannot be changed and the prize will be forfeited if not taken

21. Frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued or redeemed in connection with prize tickets

22. No upgrades can be purchased in conjunction with the prize, nor can the destination be changed

23. Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered

24. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize and without notice in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any similar event or if circumstances arise outside of its control

25. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited and will not be counted

26. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered

27. The winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Singapore Airlines, taking into account elements such as the creativity shown in creating the entry

30. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. Attempts will be made to notify the winner via direct message by the means of entry

31. If the promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner within five working days, then the prize is forfeited and further winner(s) will be selected

32. The promoter cannot be held liable for IT system failures or delays or loss of entries

33. Employees of the promoter Singapore Airlines or its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition

34. The promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to change any condition of this competition, without notice
