Downtown East is a fantastic leisure and lifestyle destination in the east of the island near Changi Airport and here you’ll find Wild Wild Wet, one of Singapore’s largest water theme parks and the perfect place to beat the heat!
There are nine brilliant rides for kids of all ages – you can brave the rapids on Ular-Lah; twist pretzel-like on the high-speed Water Works flume; for adrenaline-junkies you can dive four stories down and skim across the deck on Slide Up and free-fall and twist on the thrilling Torpedo!
For the smaller ones, they can splash to their heart’s content in the Professor’s Playground and in the shallow Yippee pool and mum and dad can relax in the huge Jacuzzi after a turn in the Tsunami wave pool! There really is something for everyone and it is one of the city’s best family-friendly attractions so be prepared for spectacular slides, lolloping lazy rivers and much, much more.
At Wild Wild Wet, safety is their number one priority and there are free life jackets available for everyone as well as baby water carriers and specially-designed inflatable floats and the lifeguards are all very well trained to international standards.
There are plenty of drinks stations as well as the Starhill Café serving everything from local cuisine to the obligatory chicken nuggets and chips for the kids (and the adults should they wish to indulge!)
Wild Wild Wet is one of the best family attractions in Singapore and is the perfect place to cool off if the sun gets too hot!
