Translated from the French ‘to smoke’, Fumée is a restaurant-slash-café-slash-gastropub-slash-deli-slash-whisky-bar with live music, friendly staff and a relaxed, chilled out vibe.
In a 6,000 square foot space in the heart of the CBD, chef Wilson Ann Wee Siong has created a French-inspired menu packed full of local ingredients with a real flavour punch.
Menu highlights include the slow-cooked (for 48 hours) short ribs, the ever-popular Wagyu cheeseburger, the Red Dot seafood linguine and the salmon risotto but there’s also the deli counter with premium charcuterie and cheeses, 250 wines and whiskies to choose from and desserts that will tantalise your taste buds.
Sit inside or out, Fumée leads the way for the new breed of ‘hospitality concept’ dining experiences and is a ‘must visit’ on any gastro-trip of Singapore.
