For three special days in March 2018 (14 March–16 March), lucky Londoners can enjoy Michelin-starred Singaporean street food – for just £6!
In collaboration with Singapore Airlines and Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport Group, Hawker Chan – who became the world’s first Michelin-starred Hawker in 2016 – is bringing his signature dish to KERB King’s Cross.
His famous soya-sauce chicken and rice will be served at the Hawker Chan stall in KERB’s Granary Square setting, between 11.30am and 2.30pm each day. He will only prepare 200 portions daily – so make sure you get there early to avoid missing out.
Hawker Chan has been wowing Singapore’s discerning locals for the last eight years; his stall regularly attracts sizeable queues of eager, hungry punters. Hawker Chan says:
‘I am delighted to bring my street food to the UK for the first time and hope Londoners enjoy my authentic taste of Singapore as much as our customers back home. I encourage all foodies in the UK to give Singaporean street food a try – whether here or in Singapore itself!’
Hungry for more Singapore? Punters who visit Hawker Chan’s KERB pop-up can enter a competition run by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport Group. The prize is a three-night Singapore Stopover Holiday, including flights, accommodation and entry to select attractions. Follow Hawker Chan’s pop-up via the following hashtags: #SingaporeAir, #KERBSingapore and #HawkerChanSG.
